Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day.

Standard Delivery (India): 5–8 business days
Express Delivery (India): 2–4 business days
Remote/rural areas may take an additional 2–3 business days
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can use this number to track your shipment on our website or the courier partner's portal.
Packaging
All jewellery is carefully packed in protective packaging to prevent damage during transit. Items are individually wrapped and secured before shipping.
Delays
Relics is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or government restrictions. In case of significant delay, please contact us at relicsmen@gmail.com.
Non-Delivery
If your package is not delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 14 days of placing the order. We will investigate and resolve the issue.
